Main restaurant and outside appearance was good, but restrooms were pretty dirty. The waitress complained about having to make a pot when we requested coffee even though closing wasn't for another 2 hrs and the restaurant had several other customers. She never did bring us any drinks at all, but refused to discount the combos. My wife ordered the chicken club sandwich sans the bun, but the waitress only brought out a naked chicken patty--no lettuce, bacon, tomato, or pickles. We asked for condiments for her patty and my burger, but they were never brought out. The waitress also coughed in her hands in the prep area, but never left to wash her hands. We were disappointed in our experience and asked the waitress what she could do, but she only said that she couldn't do anything because that's how they were trained. Overall the impression I received was that I was an inconvenience to the staff. I called the survey line that night, and called the business the next day asking both for a manager to contact me, but no contact has been made. Would NOT recommend. It's a shame because the menu items looked amazing.

The service is absolutely horrible! The young lady waiting on us was very rude and after the 3 rd time asking for refills she finally got them but slammed the cups back on the table! If I could give it a zero I would! I've been in this type of business for over 12 yrs and this is just completely ridiculous service
We went here n sit down at a dirty table to wait on our food & no one ever came to greet us r wipe our table off.. then people came in after us n got greeted and their order took finally one of the woman looked and was coming over but after sitting and waiting for almost 30 mins we left! I recommend u put people in their that's gonna get the job done ✅ no complaints on their food it's great
