I'd give half a star if it were possible, since they really are good at separating me from my money, without successfully repairing my truck.
The service that was provided by Sullivan Motors was fantastic! We inquired through Car Gurus and within minutes we had a reply by Harold at Sullivan Motors. He is a really great guy to work with. We scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle and were able to purchase it the same day.
Mr Sullivan and his son Brandon did exactly what they said they would. Refreshing in dealership world. Truly Godly men of honor! I strongly recommend this business!

I don't have any problems with the service and the people treated me like i matter. To them.
Replaced the BCM on my truck when the issue was later discovered to be loose battery cables. Gave then another chance when my CEL came on, truck needed lifters. 5k miles later and the CEL is back on. Bet money that they will want to charge for this repair too, and claim it's a different issue. Pocket knife was also stolen from the center console, which I didn't discover for a week or two afterwards, but they're supposed to be such Christian upstanding people.
The finance team was really easy to work with as well. We were able to lock in a really good interest rate!
