I went in with coolant problems and they provided me a quote. After 3 months of them working on the car with delays due to the staff at the dealership, called to tell me the car was ready...and the bill doubled. When I asked them to explain to me how this increase happened, they showed me a part that was replaced, that I was not called about in advance, and labor. I asked how much labor, they explained 2.5 hours, but the math showed 7 hours of labor charged. I even showed them the math in my calculation. They never could explain the additional 4.5 hours of labor except to say labor was 90.00 an hour, but did show me where they removed $250.00 from the bill to "trim the fat". I would recommend taking the time and energy to go either north to Rankin County, or south to Hattiesburg, but stay away from this place. If I could give no stars, I would, but I had to give 1 star.
